Title: Sigil of Crows

Artist’s Statement:
Here, the forest relinquishes its identity as landscape and becomes a structure of mind. Branches divide, echo, and multiply until they resemble something more internal than external—an intricate lattice of thought, memory, and silent awareness. The symmetry is not imposed but discovered, as if the image has revealed the architecture already hidden within perception itself.
Within this network, the crows emerge—subtle yet unmistakable. They are not simply inhabitants of the scene, but witnesses. Perched along the outer edges of this expanding pattern, they mark a threshold: the point where recognition begins to dissolve into something less certain. Their presence introduces a quiet tension, a sense that this system of order is being observed, perhaps even guarded.
Crows have long carried associations of intelligence, omen, and transition. Here, they exist between roles—neither foreboding nor benign, but aware. They hold position at the boundary between what can be understood and what can only be felt.
It will linger on a wall, probing the moment where clarity gives way to something deeper, and unresolved.
